In 2015 we purchased our first farm, a modest 3-acre property in Mapleton Township.  The small farm allowed us to learn and grow but we quickly realized we needed more space.  In 2019 we purchased and move to our 'forever' farm, a 100-acre parcel just outside the town of Damascus.   We are proud to be serving Wellington County providing local and sustainably raised pasture meats, free-range eggs, and seasonal products. Learn more about this land: Be our guest at The Pfisterer Farm in our beautiful, European-made emperor bell tent boasting a spacious 220 sqft! The glamping space is Nestled just inside the woods on a raised deck completely private and secluded from the home farm. A great couple or family getaway within an hour of Guelph, K-W, and Orangeville! Our 100-acre regenerative farm provides a backdrop for a farm stay experience like no other, our beautiful emperor bell tent ready for your exclusive private getaway. Sleeps up to 6, equipped with a (real) queen bed, couch, solar generator, fire pit, bbq, and many other comforts of home. Located across from Damsacus Lake and the Luther Marsh there are plenty of fishing and hiking spots! The camp is located at the back of the property, we will provide you with a vehicle to drive to and from the camp during your stay. Private Farm Charm Glamping
Glamping on a Farm!
Jessica's property was everything I could have asked for and more! The tent we stayed in was huge, and perfectly equipped with a comfy queen sized bed, a couch and a dining area full of amenities such as cutlery and plates! On top of all that Jessica provided us with a generator so we were able to use the adorable string lights to eliminate the tent and campsite! This was the true definition of "Glamping"! Upon arriving Jessica warmly welcomed my partner and I before giving us a quick tour of her farm. We met cows, goats, a peacock and a very funny little chicken named Jake. We were also able to conveniently buy affordable camp fire wood from the farm. Jessica then lent us the farm SUV to drive up to the campsite and use on her property during our stay. This was perfect as my car wasn't equipped for the bumpy trail to the campsite. Driving in was one of the highlights of the entire trip! We weaved our way through a dirt road that went past beautiful farm fields while she lead us to our destination. Once there Jessica gave us a tour of the campsite and explained everything we would need to know! While there my partner and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of this property, fed the goats some grass, did some bird watching, and ended the night cuddled up around the large campfire pit under a blanket of stars. We also played a few of the board games that we're available in the tent! Overall, we had a unique, fun and comfortable experience that we will remember fondly.
