It's a nice and a private site. We loved the sauna. However I would advise you to cook either on wood or eat out. The power supply at the house is limited and we could only use one high power consuming appliance at a time. Thus even food reheating is quite challenging in the house.
I use Google Fi and still had Internet and cell service.
Small water heater takes 20 min to heat up the water in the shower, and it lasts for like 10 min of a constant shower.
