Great spot! Lots of land, the tent was very cozy and my group had a great time. We brought a 19ft trailer and had so much room for that plus 3 trucks.

Great spot! Owners house is relatively close, but it still felt very private! The river is shallow, but really nice and perfect for canoeing.

We had a great time at field of birds campsite. Site was exactly as advertised. All areas were clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was not comfortable but they rarely are. Kitchen area and compost toilet were nice and easily accessible. Launch to the river was not far and was a lovely paddle area. Tent was very hot during the day and cold at night- would only be an issue if you planned to spend your day inside. Bedding was very warm and cozy. Would stay again!

Beautiful rest stop!

We recently spent a night at the Field of Birds glamping spot. The site was well laid out and very private. We loved the large bell tent, the cozy bed, and all the amenities. The outdoor kitchen was simple and perfect. We had a quick dip in the river down the grassy path, and watched the moon traverse the sky while sitting in front of the fire. Everything was ready and set up for us to enjoy. It was a very pleasant stay.

Camping with friends!
Group trip
We had so much fun camping at Joanna's land, it was very isolated! The walk down the river wasn't too far either! They left us kayaka to use which was a very nice touch and the views are amazing especially at sunset and at night you can see the milky way! The tent they provided us was very nice, the bed was very comfy! Will definitely come back!
