It was not what I would expect of a hipcamp. No one to great you to explain the facility or your site. Not what is advertised on web site.

Close to everything
Secret bush camping tucked away yet close to all major services. Private secluded sites complimented by a lovely natural swimming hole. Anne is a delightful host and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended ☀️

A private camp close to shopping and other facilities. Shady and cool with a good water supply. Power a bit iffy but sufficient. Close to wildlife but still quiet and we felt safe.

Honest Review
This is an honest review, for $36 we were sorely disappointed, we pulled in the drive way to a derelict shack managed to find the Owner Anne who is an absolute sweetie, we were parked down by the billabong that has so much potential but is completely overgrown with a dead fox near by that we removed but the smell continued to linger, we went up to have a shower which is in this derelict shack which also smelt like dead animals, with a curtain on a pants hanger, a toilet with no lid, no lights available, someone’s belongings everywhere, I had to shower in a swimsuit as there is no privacy. We decided to leave and find a free camp out at Gunn Point that was absolutely stunning - very disappointing was our first booking through hip camp and I don’t think I can stomach to book another one, have well and truly been turned off as there is no standard kept or vetting of properties, not worth $36 or even $1.
