Escape the crowded caravan parks. Our property offers family friendly campsites available on private, bush land, five acre property. We are very happy to share with you, the serenity that we call home. Conveniently only 5 minutes from Coolalinga, 10 minutes from Howard Springs / Palmerston. 25 minutes to Darwin city. 20 minutes to Berry Springs, 59 minutes to Litchfield National Park 1 hour 20mins to Kakadu National Park Spot the many species of wildlife surrounding the property. Meet our resident sheep and our canine family members. Let the kids explore the bush land, ride their bikes through the open spaces or splash in the pandanus lined swimming hole. We provide you with bathroom amenities and access to tap water for cleaning. We hope to see you soon.

Sheltered, concreted site
Highly recommended
This was a fantastic property to stay at, we had the sheltered site with power and water. There is an amenities block (2 x shower/toilets) very close which was like having our own ensuite. Adam was very welcoming. Our stay was very peaceful, it was nice to cool off in the lagoon. Our kids loved playing on the zip line over the lagoon, as well as plenty of space to ride their bikes around. The stay was great value for money in comparison to caravan parks, and we had the place to ourselves. The property is conveniently located so we were able to drive into Darwin and all surrounding attractions. We highly recommend this property to others.

What a great place to spend our last night of our Top End Roadtrip. Close to Darwin but still out bush. Loved the little lagoon and the amazing bathroom. Best shower on the whole trip. Thank you!

Awesome spot to stay if you want to check out Darwin and surrounds for a few days. Great carport over caravan for shade. Power and Water supplied. Great amenities. 1 for each site. Adam welcomed us and left us alone after that. Was always available if needed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful stay with so much space
Wonderful, private stay with your own outside ensuite- loved it! Sheep were so sweet and the natural waterhole a lovely cool off. Patio over the caravan a great benefit to reduce heat and the level slab a luxury when travelling.

Amazing!
We loved staying here! We booked the sheltered site that had power and water with the ensuite an added bonus- very clean! It was great base to explore Darwin and the lagoon was great to cool down in after a hot day. Hosts were amazing! If we return to Darwin, we will definitely be staying here again.
