The site's first appeal is the amazing view of Bull Mountain Ridge. Beautiful all year long, but particularly in late October when the leaves are in their richest colors. The site is roomy for small to mid-sized RVs and offers a private water hook-up, 30 amp, and 20 amp power outlets. It feels private and tucked away, but is very accessible to all of what the Asheville area has to offer. Downtown is a 15 minute drive; ride services and shuttles* are both easy to secure and quite affordable. Additional parking is available for a fee. The backdrop of the site is forested and easy to relax in - the understory is maintained for guest use, providing cooling shade with a stunning view. I usually try to say hello to folks and make sure they get settled in alright, but let me know if you'd prefer just to come in and have privacy. Don't feel the need to come to the house unless you can't get a hold of me via text and you need assistance. I may not be available when you arrive, but I'll try to get back in touch with you as soon as I'm able. *If I am available, I can offer boat, bike, and hike shuttling for a fee. I also have a one-person kayak, and a two-person canoe that are usually available and camping gear. Contact me beforehand if you are interested in renting any of these items. **Please be aware that this section of North Carolina has a particularly large population of American black bears. Any food stuffs, or other "smell-ables" will potentially attract bears. Refer to: https://www.nps.gov/articles/bearsafetyfood.htm ...for proper treatment of potential attractants. The site is roomy for small to mid-sized RVs, camper trailers max-out at about 20 feet, and offers a private water hook-up, 30 amp, and 20 amp power outlets. It feels private and tucked away but is very accessible to all of what the Asheville area has to offer. Downtown is a 15-minute drive; ride services* are both easy to secure and quite affordable. The backdrop of the site is forested and easy to relax in - the understory is maintained for guest use, providing cooling shade with a stunning view. Rigs measuring approximately 20'(vehicle) and 20' (trailer) can pull in my driveway (parallel to parking pad) and then back into the site for an easy departure in the morning. Please let me know if you have a lengthy vehicle/trailer rig as even experienced trailer haulers can find it difficult to navigate alone. The leveled pad area is approximately 21'x18' (please check your wheel base) with room to turn around in the driveway beyond and in the site.

Wedding at Biltmore
William was there to greet me at 9:00 at night and the spot was close to all things Asheville. Quiet, not secluded, but just enough for how close to town.

Bull Mountain Ridge
Williams’s spot was perfect for me in my van with my pup. It was beautiful and serene. Close to town and a grocery store, but also felt private. He shared some trail recommendations all in less than a 10 min drive from his place. 10/10 would stay again.

Camping near the Asheville
Very nice site. Was able to pitch our tent in a relatively flat location near the trees. Access to electricity and water was definitely a bonus. The owner was very responsive and quickly answered all of our questions. Appreciated the hiking recommendations. Location not too far from downtown Asheville was perfect.
