    Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
    Welcome to a little piece of paradise in West Valley. Excellent views, plenty of open space for games/activities, and plenty of woods to explore. Just minutes from Springville for all your grocery needs. 40 Minutes to Buffalo and around 20 minutes to Ellicottville. Privately owned and quiet area. Come check out the wildlife as well as the apples, pears, and berry patches that surround the property. Driveway is somewhat steep so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.Come pitch a tent or park your camper in the wide open space at the top of this property. Beautiful views of the town and hillside. Exceptional view of the night sky. Enjoy watching the wildlife and come enjoy the quiet. Good cell phone service, minutes to Springville for your grocery needs, and less than an hour to Buffalo.

    Host was very welcoming! Plenty of room for kids and dog to run wild. Nice balance of wooded area for exploring and open area for star-gazing. Easy drive to Springville for re-stocking marshmallows and local eateries.
