There is a small traditional Mongolian yurt in my backyard, next to my fixer upper house. There is road noise, sometimes more, sometimes less. Max 4 people can sleep in the yurt. You have to bring your own sleeping pads and sleeping bags. There is water, sink, and toilet access in house, no shower. Fire pit also available. The yurt is 99% rainproof, some drips happen in torrential rain. No smoking, no parties, quiet hours between 10pm-8am.This is the only site. A traditional Mongolian yurt. Right next to my fixer upper house and a busy road with road noises. Fire pit access, bring your own wood. Toilet access via back door. The toilet and sink is in rough condition but it works. 90% rainproof. Max 4 people can sleep in it, no queen size mattress fits in the yurt, so you have to bring single, or twin size mattress pads and they can be payed out in a circle. Bring your own sleeping bags and pads to sleep on. No picnic table or chairs. Bring your own folding chairs.

Flush toilet. The toilet is old, but it works, access via back door in the house.

On leash. One dog allowed on leash, property is not fenced in and right next to busy road.

Hose, pump or well. Water access in the fixer upper bathroom sink, well water.

Pack it out

You have to collect and bring all your garbage away with you. There is no garbage bin on my property.
