This is a single-site property with a canvas bell tent on a platform overlooking the Adirondack Mountains. Our property is a working farm that raises grass-fed and finished beef, eggs, and a small vegetable garden. We're a stone's throw from Lake Champlain and a two-minute drive into the town of Westport. There are multiple trailheads on our road for short, easy hikes along the CATS trail system. We are a 25-minute drive from Keene Valley, where more vigorous Adirondack Mountain hiking trailheads are accessible. For larger groups, there is an option to pitch additional tents in and around our orchard. Amenities include: a fire ring, bbq, fresh water, wifi and an electrical outlet in the parking area, a picnic table, chairs, and a pop-up canopy in case of rain. This large canvas bell tent sits on a platform overlooking our farm's pastures and the Adirondack Mountains. The tent has two adult-sized cots and two children-sized cots. You will need to bring your own sleeping bags, pillows, and/or other bedding. You can also choose not to use the cots if you have your own larger sleeping pad. Outside the tent, there are two chairs for seating. For larger parties, there is a second site on the grass to pitch 1-2 more tents if you would rather not squeeze into the bell tent. Other amenities include a picnic table outside the tent, a fire pit, and access to a grill. A composting outhouse is a short walk from the tent, as are water faucets for potable water. Parking is a short walk from the tent. Wifi is available from the parking lot.  Please note that we are a working farm with a vegetable garden and livestock. We live on the property with our two small children and two farm dogs. Our dogs are friendly with people and children, but they are not friendly toward other dogs. For this reason, we ask that you leave your canine friends at home.

The canvas tent camping experience on Sarah's farm exceeded my expectations! Not only is it a beautiful setting, Sarah and her family are very friendly and welcoming. Sarah's communication was fantastic, and the attention to the details she has put into the tent accommodation made for a relaxing and cozy place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay on Sarah’s land. Exceptional site with breathtaking view of the Adirondack. The tent had all we needed with a very comfortable bed. Sarah and family were very welcoming and took great care of us during our stay. We certainly recommend it and we’ll be back. Thank you!

This was an awesome stay! Such a beautiful spot and the bed was so comfortable. It was amazing going to sleep to the sounds of nature and waking up to the sight of the Adirondacks. The dogs are so sweet and friendly and we loved having them hang out with us on the tent deck. Thanks for a great stay!
