Purchased in 1999 from famous photographer Joel Meyerowitz, Rochelle fell in love with the farmhouse, it's 52 varied acres, rolling hills and amazing views. She dreamed of turning it into a B&B one day...bringing it back to it's original purpose, of hosting guests from out of town. The original homestead was a boarding house in the early 1900's. Rochelle, Mark and their son Jonathan love to provide good old fashioned hospitality in their cabins, glamping tent and farmhouse rooms. They love people enjoying their 52 acres and walking the same trail the cows did from the back fields all the way down to the milk barn in the late 1800's and early 1900's...but all that remains is the stone wall foundation and a small part of the silo. Partake in farm chores like collecting eggs, feeding the chickens and sheep! Just let the host family know you are interested and then you may join them for some very special and unique farm adventures! Pick berries in season and some veggies too! Children and pets welcome!

Rochelle and family were EXTREMELY friendly. They checked in on us multiple times. The cabins themselves are even nicer in person. Having running water and a little toilet was a dream for normal tent campers. Overall a great stay! Our daughter loved all the animals. Not super remote on the property so just be aware if you’re looking for a super deep in the woods experience. But the views were awesome!! And the hike on the property was great.

Peaceful and Welcoming
The ruffled feather cabin was the perfect place for us to find peace and rest in between our visit to Bethel Woods. The farm is serene and the cabin is equipped with everything we needed. Most of all our hosts Rochelle, Mark, and their furry friends were incredibly hospitable. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Cabin By The Rocks. The kids (10 and 12 years old) loved playing with the dog, feeding the hens and the sheep, and collecting fresh eggs in the morning. They also enjoyed Mark’s (the host) challenging trivia questions. The cabin is comfy and the summer kitchen is very convenient. The hosts were very attentive. The kids are already asking to go back to Bethel Pastures Farm!

Gracious hosts
I had a wonderful time. The place is cute, spacious enough for a couple to cozy up by the fire or take nice walks hiking . Our dog had an awesome time roaming the area. The hosts are the kindest and most generous people I’ve met in a long time. Def a go!
