Our campground is on my family’s dairy farm that has been in the family since 1904. I’m the 4th generation on the farm and work alongside my parents and my husband operating the family business of milking cows. The campsite is on a private area of flat ground right beside the Oxley River with views of Mt Warning. We are excited to share our piece of paradise with others. We DO have a composting toilet but DON’T have any shower facilities. Although the creek is very close by we advise you bring your own drinking water. We are pleased to provide a gravelled campfire area along with a gorgeous outdoor setting that seats 8. Our campground provides a unique private camping opportunity. Once you book whether it is for a group of one or 25 no one else can book the site. The site is not visible from the road. Perfect for a relaxing getaway that brings you close to nature and connecting with friends. As we are a working farm, unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.

We had amazing time here! First, I’d highly recommend visiting the town if you have the opportunity especially on the weekend. We love having the place to ourselves, the creek is just a few steps from the campsite so we took every opportunity to enjoy it. We will definitely be back in the future as this has been one of the best campsites we’ve visited so far. The only thing we didn’t like was the horse flies which were chasing us around all day (I guess it’s part of being out in nature) make sure you take repellent for the midges too.

Lovely private spot with all of the essentials, alongside a chuckling river and swimming hole. And with plenty of wildlife! Thanks to Necia for the delicious crumpets!
