Amazing spot! Definitely not crowded, as the hosts have a limit on how many sites can be booked at a time (and they are spaced out!). Campfires are also permitted - which was very welcome on a chilly night! Definitely can’t wait to come back 😊

Caravaning, fishing and kayaking
Tracy was very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. Good fishing and even went to the Blues evening in the Old Butter Factory barn.

Beautiful camping ground
Loved camping at Old Butter Factory. Beautiful grounds on the banks of the river. Cute toilets for use. Loved the individual firepits already stocked with firewood. Only a short walk to a tavern. Close to Wauchope Port Macquarie and Kempsey.

Great spot right on the river with nice level sites. Had fun in the Kayak on the river, had a bit of a fish and had a camp fire each night. Great spot for the dogs and plenty of room for kids to kick a ball. Tracey the host was very welcoming. 15-20 minutes into Port Macquarie or to Wauchope. Will definately return.
