Stonevale Cabin
We had a lovely weekend at the cabin! A great way to camp whilst still having luxuries such as a toilet, table, bbq and solar power! We especially loved having a fenced area that the dogs could run about in. The cows were great but weren't convinced by our moos :( Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Stonevale Cabin
We enjoyed our stay at Stonevale cabin. The clean warm shed and combustion fireplace (and firewood) saved us from the weather when we arrived. Check in directions were clear and easy to follow. The shed has a folding table and a couple of chairs, along with a solar battery setup which was very useful for paying our portable fridge and charging devices. The fireplace outside (with steel cooking plate) was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the surrounding valley and the stars at night. The drop toilet was very clean (didn't smell) and there was plenty of drinking water in the large rainwater tank. Outside the immediate fenced area was a small clear ankle deep stream and you could walk around the wider valley. The surrounding areas was quiet farmland and forest. Turos river was a few km away and Nimmitabell was a 30 min drive on a good quality 2wd dirt road (4wd was needed for small stretch of driveway into property near dam). Mobile phone reception was very weak but registered about 3-4km on road towards Nimmitabell (full reception available along with cafes, bowlo, fuel, bakery and basic shopping supplies). Overall a great property, we would certainly stay again.
