We are situated 10km out of Parkes which is home to the famous Dish and the annual Elvis Festival. Set on a gentle slope, it boasts picturesque views of the surrounding farmland, tranquil dams and lush native vegetation. Guests are offered access to stroll around our 18acre property by foot only. Vehicles are to be kept at the camp site however. Pets are allowed but must be on leash at all times. We do have a dog, chooks and guinea fowls and the nature of the property abundant wildlife may be present. Guests are welcome to enjoy a camp fire in the designated area during the winter months when the local regulations permit. The statutory Bush Fire period is from 1st October to 31st March. From the minute we arrived at the property to the second we left it, Kate and Tony were friendly, welcoming and very helpful to find the perfect spot that was going to suit our camping needs. Their children were also friendly and inviting to our child to go off exploring their property with them.

Great stay
We loved our stay at Serendipity, overlooking beautiful Canola fields in full bloom. Kate was very welcoming and even treated us to farm eggs and lovely fresh lemons. The sunsets were amazing and such a lively spit to admire the stars sitting at a camp fire Highly recommended

Serenity and Serendipity
Serendipity is a beautiful property in the country just outside Parkes. Two great camping sites, plenty of space, near a dam with panoramic views and stunning sunsets. Great hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Ideal location for exploring Parkes then retreating back to the peace and quiet. Walks on the property with more viewpoints. Highly recommended.

Great stay, very friendly hosts who even had a fire lit for us upon arrival which was a nice surprise as got there on dusk.

What a great spot. Lovely aspect and had the paddock to ourselves. Unfortunately, we had wet weather while we were there so couldn't avail ourselves of the amazing looking firepit. Very easy access to Parkes and surrounds.
