Pleasant View is in a quiet location and ideally suited to those who want solitude, spectacular scenery and easy access to all the features this district has to offer. Situated on 28ha (70 acres) of grazing land, 5km north of Mudgee, with superb views across the Cudgegong Valley. Located 10 minutes drive from town and the wineries, with a bitumen road to our front gate. Cycling tours are an attractive option. Our camping sites suit self-contained guests who have everything they need and leave no trace. Dogs are welcome but, as we have sheep, they need to be on a lead at all times. Some firewood is available on site but fires are dependent on conditions and RFS requirements so we ask that you check with us before lighting a fire.Pleasant View is in a quiet location and ideally suited to those who want solitude, spectacular scenery and easy access to all the features this district has to offer. Great spot to camp with amazing views and very convenient for Mudgee! The kids loved it! In particular the sheep and the kangaroos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our camping spot, very peaceful and great views of the ranges. Short trip to town if we needed anything. Graham was very welcoming and we look forward to coming back one day.

Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend a stay here! Fantastic communication from Graham throughout who provided a very welcome introduction, some eggs on arrival and great recommendations of things to do around the area. Land was cleared to allow for a very comfortable camp, with fantastic surrounding views - beautiful place to watch the sunset. Graham also kindly let us pet the lambs. Was also very accommodating with my dogs. It was also in a great location - felt tucked away so that it was peaceful, but also very close to town and surrounding activities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 nights with Grahame and Ruth. We had wonderful farm experiences which added to the excellent environment and close locality to town. This is our go to place in the future if ever we are in the region again.
