Paddys River Rest

Tumut, New South Wales
1400 acres hosted by Peter P.
Avatar
Enjoy camping on this 14000 acre property just 20 minutes out of Tumburrumba. The land is mountainous and still recovering from the 2020 bushfires. Campers with 4wd can venture down to the River side to set up camp, those with 2wd can park up the top of the property and venture down if they wish - or just set up camp where they can. The Paddys River can be used for swimming and fishing, weather depending. The property boarders the Bago State Forest of two sides which then leads into National Park. Campfires are permitted and you are welcome to collect fallen timber. Yuor are welcome to bring your dog but please note that if your pet lost they will be very hard to find due to the remoteness of the property. Paddys Falls is a great waterfall you can explore just 5 minutes down the road. Please note there is a zero alcohol policy here.
