Immerse yourself on our Land for Wildlife where we encourage the native animals and humans to feel at home living together. It's an easy and safe place to rest for a night just off the FWY, or make it destination as we are central to so many amazing surf beaches, bush walks, rivers and historical towns along the Clarence River. This whole area of the Clarence Valley, Yuraygir National Park and State Forests is loaded with outdoor activities, birds, wildlife, and is a absolute hidden gem. Take your time here to explore our conservation property which has plenty of native flora and fauna to discover then head next door to the Glenugie State Forest which is a good place to hike, mountain bike, 4WD, hunt and bird watch. We live on site and will be in and out working on the property. As builders who love to use recycled items, we have made some pretty fun and interesting composting toilets and bathrooms for you to use and enjoy. We have our work cut out for us restoring the old Grafton Racecourse Beer Pavilion and the surrounding bush after years of logging and cattle grazing. We welcome you to have a fire, beers and explore as you wish. We are an easy going couple with no kids or pets, happy to leave you to it or show you around.

Private Bush Camp
Absolutely loved camping and exploring on Jen and Tav’s land. Tav told us about the local wildlife which was great and the night nature noises were incredible. Thanks for having us

Easy Camp - The Best of the Beaches
Secluded camping with fire pits!
I would highly recommend staying at this site. Tucked away in the woods it felt very quiet and secluded. At the same time it is not too far from the main roads and very central to many amazing beaches Jen and Tav were super cool and welcoming. I got to meet and chat with them both - they had great recommendations. I will be back soon!

Easy Camp - The Best of the Beaches
Loved this Hipcamp
We had a wonderful stay at Jen & Tav’s Hipcamp. They were very friendly hosts and told us lots about the area and nearby beaches which we had a beautiful time Exploring and fishing at. The property is beautiful & we loved their passion for the gorgeous environment. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful private campsite
Beautiful private campsite, good and entertaining toilet/shower facilities and a stunning property. Jen was very friendly and accomodating. Would recommend.
