Welcome to Murraywood, a peaceful river bend all to yourself, where you can relax among the river gums as you watch the sunset over the Mighty Murray. We offer only one site so you will have complete privacy and plenty of space. Tooleybuc is the nearest town and is 11kms away, it has a boat ramp so you can make the most of your water activities on the Murray. It also has a general store and IGA for your shopping needs. Relax around your campfire in the evenings and enjoy some amazing star gazing. Please ensure there are no fire restrictions in place before starting a fire. Campers must be self sufficient and take all their rubbish and provide their own camping toilet. Pets are welcome. Beautiful little spot, private, great fishing and perfect little sandy beach (with river level where it was for us). Unfortunately our stay was short - would love to get back there.

The camp area was secluded and quiet. The fishing was ok too. The spot had everything we needed which wasn't much more than a good camp spot near the water and a bit of wild life. Thanks Peter!

Quiet, peaceful area to camp on the Murray River. Waking up to the birds chirping as you step out of your camper to see the sun shimmering on top of the Murray River is spectacular.
