Murray River Retreat

New South Wales
300 acres hosted by Matt D.

Murray River Retreat is a lush dairy farm located at the start of the beautiful Murray River as it flows out of the Kosciuszko National Park. A beautiful spot to sit by the river or venture for a walk in the park, surrounded by natural beauty. With amazing fishing in the river and lakes nearby and options for 4wding on local tracks. We offer a tucked-away riverside cabin that can sleep up to 10, as well as a number of riverside camping spots. All areas are private, with plenty of space to enjoy peaceful nature at it's best. The cabin has five beds, a kitchen, toilet (external), shower and hot water. Those booking the camping sites will need to be self-contained, with their own camping toilet, and take all waste when they go. Corryong is the nearest town, only half hour away, for supplies and cafes.
