Moorilda Rail Central features an original train carriage offering an excellent and unique stay experience. This old Guards' Van train carriage features a double bed and two bunks with all linen provided, a kitchenette with all amenities and a lounge room. Toilet and shower is a 10 metre walk to house. Enjoy a toasty fire at the firepit (not available in summer due to fire regulations) with camping chairs, so you can sit and be dazzled by the stars. This area is well known for gourmet foods and vineyards and food festivals, such as Food Week. Stroll through quaint villages, leaving the city life behind. State forests abound where gold can be panned or visit Abercrombie Caves, the hideout of bushrangers in years gone by. Bathurst, only 40 mins away, hosts Frost Fest and many sporting events such as motor racing. There is so much to see and do in this area, to tempt all different interests. We can't accommodate pets at this time due to our dog and farm animals.
