We loved how quite and tranquil the space is! The pond is a beautiful outlook from our caravan. Kids and dogs enjoyed every moment.

Beautiful Parkland
We loved our stay on Kirstys property, the lake was beautiful & the property is well looked after like a parkland. There were other campers across the lake but far enough away to give us privacy. The rail trail goes straight past the front of property so good spot to base yourself to enjoy it.

Slice of Heaven
Just got back from a 3 night stay at Misty Ridge and wow !. The property is absolutely beautiful as is the surrounding countryside. As far as self sufficient camping goes Misty Ridge is pretty much a 10 out of 10 for us, a little bit of road noise every now and then but it is soon gone returning to nothing but the sounds of nature. Birdlife abounds. It is very close to the Northern Rivers Rail Trail and only a few minutes drive in to Burringbar for a coffee or supplies fix. It is truly a magic parcel of beauty and we will absolutely return further down the track. Thankyou Kirsty for opening up your property allowing campers like us to experience your wonderful piece of paradise.

A hidden gem
What a great little spot, close to bike trail for those into bike riding and close to Burringbar village if you forget something.
Southside has 2 spots for campers but plenty of room for privacy.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this beautiful spot.
Friday night wood fired pizzas at the nursery down the road, turn right out of the gate.
The site overlooks a lovely dam.
We will be back.

Camping with dogs
One of the best hipcamps we have visited in the Northern Rivers area. The property is very well presented with lots of space. A added bonus is that it is on the bike trail for the traveller who love cycling. Only three sites which meant it is not busy.
Dislike, we had camper on the opposite side of the dam who looked straight across to us. Definitely will be visiting this property again.
