Our group recently stayed at Mist in the Trees in Cooranbong, and it was a truly memorable experience. The campground is absolutely beautiful, with lush surroundings that offer a serene escape into nature. The camper van areas were well-placed, providing a sense of privacy, yet close enough to enjoy the communal experience.
The amenities were impeccably clean, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The entire campground is thoughtfully designed, making it an ideal spot for groups, couples, and families alike. The host was fantastic—so friendly and full of helpful information about the area.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mist in the Trees and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept campground experience. We’ll definitely be returning!

WHISTLESTOP Cabin
We recently stayed at Mist in the Trees in Cooranbong, and it was a fantastic experience! Our group had a 2-bedroom cabin and two camper vans, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. The campground is absolutely beautiful, with surroundings that feel both serene and rejuvenating. The cabin itself was superbly decorated, blending perfectly with the natural landscape. It felt modern yet cosy and was equipped with everything we needed.
The cabin area provided great privacy, and the amenities across the campground were spotlessly clean. It's the perfect spot for groups, couples, or families – really anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The hosts were incredibly friendly and informative, making sure we felt right at home.
All in all, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Mist in the Trees to anyone considering a stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely host, beautiful spot. The dam attracts quite a few flying critters but I have no complaints and would love to come back

Tiny Cabin Dam Camping area
Beautiful tranquil property with stunning scenery. Camp area was flat with designated firepit areas that we could set our camper trailer up around. We had vists from several wallabies. We had the camp area to ourselves which made it super relaxing and enjoyable, felt like we were a million miles away but only minutes from home. Kids enjoyed kayaking on the dam and felt safe here, and I enjoyed some birdwatching. We will be back to this little treasure.
