CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: DUE TO COVID & BORDER RESTRICTIONS. Historic Lanark Lodge, built in 1866 sits overlooking pristine Sportsman's Creek. This beautiful 20 acres is adjacent to the everlasting wetlands national park and abounds with a large variety of bird life. With two boat ramps on the property the Clarence River is accessible as well as a healthy bass fishery on the freshwater side of the weir. Campsites are situated on the creek bank so you have direct boat, swimming and fishing access. Firewood supplied. Portaloo available.

Wonderful place to stay, very serene by the river, surrounded by bird life. Clean portaloos and lovely fire pits. Thank you, we will be back for a longer stay next time

What a perfect setting to kick back and relax! Easy access to the camp ground, clean toilets, clearly designated fire pits with wood supplied. Great sunset views.

3 letters described this santuary WOW. Came here to relax and unwind the aura of Dales property is spot on. Fish cows kookaburras. So very oz.Yes does have mobile coverage for people who need it. Will be making this our come back retreat. Portable loos ×2 very clean. My dog loved it. Thanks Dale

Road in was very heavily corrugated but once you get there... fish jumping both sides of the weir! Will be back.

The most beautiful spot! So clam and serene on the river. Great spot for fishing and a swim! We’ll definitely be back soon!
