Kookaburra One
Site One was a lovely little secluded area with camp fire, lots of friendly cows and no road noise, very peaceful!

Great camping spot with a creek
I had an amazing stay at Kookaburra One! The site was easy to find and offered plenty of privacy, nestled in a cow paddock with small cattle, calves, and even a funny little pig. As the name suggests, there were kookaburras around too, adding to the charm.
The area was lush with greenery, including ferns near a nearby creek that was easy to access and made for a lovely spot to relax. Out of all the sites, I’d say Site One is the best in terms of privacy and proximity to the creek. There was already a fire pit in place, which was a great touch.
It rained overnight during my stay, and although some people have mentioned that 2WD vehicles might struggle in the rain, I had no issues getting out in my Hiace van. However, I can see how 2WD vehicles towing caravans could have some trouble on the wet grass.
One thing to be mindful of: the resident pig is a bit of an escape artist! We accidentally let her out while driving in, but someone kindly came to lure her back.
The location is also great—close to popular Jervis Bay attractions like Sussex Inlet and Huskisson. I’d definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Just don’t forget to bring bug spray, as the insects are everywhere—but hey, that’s camping for you!

Kookaburra Three
Nice Quiet Stay
Kookaburra 3 was a great stay for my partner and I. The directions were easy to follow, the site was flat and easy to set up the rooftop tent on, cute farm animals were walking about, the creek was close and easily accessible and we bought some farm fresh eggs and were delivered them + extra which was awesome. We had a fire and watched the stars to the sounds of nature in the background. Definitely a great stay!
Kookaburra Two
Pretty Good Close To Home
Overall it was a great spot, and easy to find. Bit of highway noise, but not enough to stop one getting to sleep. Aerogard didn't deter the annoying bugs, like flying ants. Maybe Bushmans would work better. Wife want to come back to swim in the crystal clear creek at the rear of the camp area. Cows were somewhat friendly, and a bit nosey, which we found out by leaving a pan on the outdoor kitchen.
Better weather would have made for a very pleasurable long weekend, as the wind was very gusty at times, but at least it kept the bugs at bay.

Kookaburra Three
it was definitely hard to find at night, but other then that it was gorgeous, we woke up to a light shower of rain and the mist behind it making it look amazing with the cows wandering around aswell, easy access to camp site, 2wd accessible but would probably take a 4wd in
