Nestled on the gentle, rolling hills of The Snowy River Way, tucked away from the road, and only a short drive from town, it feels miles from anywhere. Our place is set amongst an abundance of beautiful, old Candlebark trees, granite boulders, native grasses and shrubs. The trees with their sculptural trunks and hollows provide homes and nests for many native birds and eagles. Our property has 500m of Mowamba River frontage where platypus and trout abound. Kangaroos, wallabies and fallow deer wander down at dusk to nibble on the grasses and sheep can be seen grazing on the hillside of a neighbouring farm. Guests are able to enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets, from an elevated, yet private position taking in the natural beauty. A perfect base for your skiing/ snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing or hiking holiday! The Station Resort is just down the road if you need a good value pub meal and entertainment (snow season only) or Jindabyne town is a 7 minute drive. * Important. Please note our sites are for caravans and motorhomes only. This is non-negotiable. No sub-letting allowed. We do not cater for tents, camper trailers, swags or sleeping pods! Your caravan or motorhome must have it's own toilet. Thank you *

Stay a While - slab site
We loved our stay. We spent 4 days at wait a while site. Lovley views and quiet at night. Close to Jindabyne. Saw a platypus in the river and enjoyed walking around the property. Hosts were great and would visit again.

Valley View - slab site
Would highly recommend staying here. The sites are awesome, had a wonderful view and close to town and ski fields. Sinikka and Justin are have done alot of work to make the sites this great. We hope to visit again next year

Beautiful views
With beautiful views, friendly Aussie creatures and lovely hosts , what more could you want. We throughly enjoyed staying at Sinikka and Justin’s property. Sinikka gifted us some freshly laid eggs and made us feel very welcome. A lovely quiet spot to stay, close enough to Jindabyne and the mountains. We would highly recommend this beautiful countryside and our hosts Sinikka and Justin. Thank you for having us to stay.

What an amazing spot the views from our site were incredible and the hosts were lovely. To have power, water and Wifi at a place like this was awesome. Will be coming back again!

Valley View - slab site
Amazing camp-site! We stayed at the valley view site and the views were spectacular!! Very private camp ground, feels like you're camping in the wild but also only a 10 min drive to Jindabyne for all supplies and 40 drive to thredbo. Hosts were awesome. We arrived to an already pre prepped fire place and warm hello!!! Highly recommend for everyone!!!

Candlebark - slab site
Close to the Snow and Town
Great option to staying in a caravan park. Everything you need (power/water/wifi) without the overcrowding found in most commercial establishments. Hosts were super friendly and helpful.
