Beautiful and peaceful bush land on a hill, situated in the Snowy region, our 144 acres of land have amazing views over the Snowy Mountains. At just 20 min to town and 40 min to the mountains resorts we are just close enough for everything while still feeling isolated from the crowd. Our Bush Land is full of wildlife to observe and share the space with, you can go explore the area and maybe discover the Devil’s Hole Creek which pass through our property, or simply sit back and enjoy the view and don’t forget to look up and watch the stars they are amazing! The area have almost everything you can think of, boating on the lake, fishing trouts & salmon on the lake or nearby rivers, paddling, horse riding, mountains biking, skiing/snowboarding, cross country skiing, climbing, hiking, perfect for sport and nature lovers. Pets are welcome but must be leashed due to neighbouring farmland. Pet sitting can also be arranged with us.

Andy’s land is a picture perfect piece of Australian bush with granit boulders and gum trees in a secluded location. Awesome base camp for our long weekend at the snow. Thanks for your hospitality and how accomodating Rachel and you were.

True bush camping
[1 week bush stay, late June, -7° to +9° night/day temp] Andy & Rachel were lovley hosts making sure we were well taken care off. ❤️. We stayed at a new campsite on the property in real bush, but with a big enough of a clearing for 6 vehicles, 6 swags, and a mega 6x3m gazebo. We felt safe, comfy, and very relaxed. The big puppies Suki & Kuro were also fantastic hosts, being good vacuums making sure every bit of left over food was cleaned up, and requesting many pat's haha 🤣 The property has plenty of wood around, both for kindling and big hardwood logs. Frost/ice was common every morning in late June, be prepared for frozen water and never having to use your fridge ❄️. The wind was not horrible in the clearing, but when a slight breeze came it brang the chill. Native birds, roos, wallabies, & wombats were common around- only a few metres away from camp. All the boys give this place a solid 10/10 ✅ Thanks for having us ☺️

Camping among the snowgums.
An absolutely wonderful site amongst snow gums with lovely views of the mountains. Kangaroos topped off the scene. Andy was an excellent host and provided us with lots of firewood.
