Dalli's Campground - Unpowered
We camped in our Aliner camper trailer and were the only ones there so it was very quiet. The weather was cold but we were able to have an open fire so that was lovely. There are a lot of fire pits around for your use. The toilets were clean and the showers lovely and hot with no money slot with a timer on it, so that made a nice change. There is not a lot of water in the river, I think they have had little rain. We climbed nearby Genowlan Mtn which was very steep. Took the car part of the way up until it got very scary. There is no mobile coverage out this way unless you climb the hill at Dalli's Campground. Great views from the top at sunset. I believe Steve turns on the Wi fi when it's busy. Steve our host was very nice and potters around during the day. The road out there is very potholed but fine for 2WD if you take it easy.

Great camping spot. Beautiful views and crystal clear creek. Plenty of wildlife to admire. Beautiful birds, wombats, wallabies! Steve is incredibly helpful and hospitable. Very well set up with cooking equipment, utensils, camp chairs, etc making it a great place for casual campers without much gear or for a last minute getaway from the city.

Dads n kids campout
We spent 2 night on a dads n kids camp out which was great fun. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and go exploring, a short walk to the top of the hill for a great view, and the campsite is well equipped with toilet/shower block which is clean and well stocked. They even have a pizza oven which the host will fire up for you if you give him some notice. Steve was a legend he checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything.
