Our campsites beside Crystal Creek offer you the opportunity to get away from it all and back to nature in a beautiful tranquil setting. This 54 acre property offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and convenient access to a range of destinations including Murwillumbah, Tyalgum and Chillingham. Breakfast and lunch is available at the nearby Crystal Creek Cafe and nursery. Camp along beautiful Crystal Creek - the level sites are on established grass. Each site has either a firepit or a fireplace, relax around the crackling campfire in the evenings as you gaze at the night skies. Sites are on the eastern side of the creek and are shaded from the hot afternoon sun. Cool off in the rock pool and enjoy the views of The Cougals and Springbrook Mountain. Crystal Creek is a spring fed creek and in periods of drought, reduced water flow may mean that swimming is not possible. The sites suit tents/swags, camper trailers and camper vans. Some sites suitable for caravans and motorhomes. Please send request. Minimum two night booking in peak times. There is access to drinking water, a toilet and a hot camping shower. Not suitable for children under 8. No pets please.

Site 2 - The Rock Pool
We stayed at Leanne's Hipcamp overnight in my little kombi. After looking at so so so many properties in this area, I came across Leannes listing and a few glowing reviews and decided to check it out, I was not disappointed. The property is beautiful and grassy and surrounded by hills and mountains, with the lovely Crystal Creek bubbling through. The camp-site was level, with a great fire pit right next to the creek, so we could hear it all night. The creek is clear enough to watch the fish, with a few ducklings passing through and even a koala wondering in to our camp during the evening. The toilet was the cleanest toilet I've had the pleasure of using whilst camping, with a lovely hot shower set up. The 4 campsites can all be seen from each other, but are distanced enough that we didn't have any noise issues. And from our camp, it looked like all the other sites would have each been a great pick. Leanne was so easy with communication and a lovely host. We will definitely be back.

Second visit
Beautiful location, the creek was flowing and really nice temperature to sit in. There’s a nice shower setup and a porta loo to share. Leanne always comes down to welcome everyone which is such a nice touch, and we haven’t experienced elsewhere. Looking forward to another stay in our newly purchased campervan soon. Thanks Leanne.

Beautiful escape
Amazing campsite alongside the creek! Peaceful and scenic with horses nearby. There are only a handful of sites and they’re spaced out really nicely so you’re not close to other campers.
