Cottage View in Copperwing was our very first experience booking through Hipcamp and it was great first experience. The site was lovely, with rolling hills and friendly animals. The best part was having the campsite to ourselves. It was peaceful and the facilities were good. Highly recommend the location and will come back. Thank you, Heather.

Excellent Washroom facilities and firewood all within easy reach of your ‘freestyle’ pitch.
Get up-close and personal with the locals, they’re as friendly as they are fluffy…

A Perfect Farm Stay Experience!
We recently stayed at this beautiful farm property and it was an amazing experience! The peaceful surroundings, friendly animals, and the lovely farm atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. My partner and I especially loved interacting with the animals — they were so friendly and loved being petted!
The bathroom was impressively clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of a shower if needed. The whole place had such a relaxing vibe, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay.
If you're looking for a tranquil farm retreat with all the essentials, this is definitely the place to be!

Peaceful location
A lovely quite camp-site just a couple of ks off the highway and a 20 minute drive to Bathurst.

We had a fantastic stay at Copperwing, conveniently located near Bathurst and surrounds. The campsite features a cozy fire pit (when no bans), a loo and gorgeous pastures for free grazing horses, alpacas & sheep. Heather is a great host and we highly recommend staying here for a great outdoor experience!

Our host Heather was a great communicator and made our stay an absolute pleasure. Amenities were very clean and the camp spot we chose was perfect for us. The location is incredibly convenient to forestry, State and National parks and served as a brilliant base for our two-night stay. Will happily go back and repeat. I would recommend to friends.
