Canoelands Orchard Camping and Fruit Picking, is located just 1 hour from Sydney's CBD. The property is 81 acres in total with a small shop and cafe onsite. We offer pick your own fruit so are open to the public daily. We are surrounded by the stunning valley views of Marra Marra National Park. Guests can enjoy hiking, wandering the orchard picking fresh produce, taking a tractor ride, feeding the animals and relaxing. Please note we are a working farm so sometimes tractors and vehicles can be heard working from 7am. There will be foot traffic and possibly tractor rides operating near some of the sites although we will do our best to respect your privacy while you are here. We also have a quarry surrounding most of the property, so they sometimes operate machinery early. This is not generally too disruptive though. We are just 15 minutes' drive from the beautiful historical Wiseman's Ferry and the Hawkesbury River. There are multiple hiking tracks located close by. We have several sites to offer around the property. We have a beautiful huge dam just 350m down the gully. It’s super peaceful although a steep walk down the driveway to access, it's definitely worth it, so pack your walking shoes and some swimmers.

Site 2- Orchard bliss
Easy to find, great spot, a lot of space. Great to be able to pick the fruits and enjoy the market within the property. Great for kids as well. Only small issue was that the trucks on the other property were noisy for a few hours on a Saturday. Very close to Sydney, We will return for short WE trips

An excellent family getaway
This was our first time camping with our 2.5 year old, and it was a perfect weekend at Canoelands Orchard. Jaime and Nathan were wonderfully accomodating, and it was such a great spot with all that you’d need and only 1.5hr from the city! The facilities were more than adequate (albeit a little rough around the edges) and we loved feeding the farm animals, riding the tractor, playing in the sandpit, and all of the delicious fresh fruit. There were lots of members of the public around as the orchard is entering busy season, but outside of 9am - 4pm it was lovely and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back, and hopefully soon!

Site 5 - Camp by the dam
Great spot- second time at The Orchard! Close to amenities yet private and cosy. We took our boys (8 years old) camping for the night, had a fire -obligatory marshmallows and lots of fun. Road noise mentioned by other hipsters was infrequent and we were there on a Thursday arvo. Considering we are 20 odd minutes from home happy to have that minimal compromise especially as the lads are up 0600! Orchard cafe and shop open 0900 for a coffee and milkshakes before heading home- perfect! Thanks for having us Jaime.

Site 4-Valley views in the orchard
Great location so close to home. Enough space for a small group of fellas - for a large gathering I’d suggest booking sites 1 and 2 Fire pit and swag - sorted and coffee at the orchard cafe in the morning- sweet There’s power lines high overhead that are forgotten the minute you’re on the second beverage 👍
