A tranquil 85 acre property with multiple options for your stay, along the banks of the Talbragar River or by wooded areas bordering the beautiful Scrubby Creek. The sites are self-service with no amenities currently available, so best suited to those happy to be self-sufficient and with a 'leave no trace' approach. All sites offer bushwalking options (maps can be provided via email), an abundance of native flora and fauna including wild birds, the occasional echidna and wombats. You'll also find sheep and cattle meandering around the paddocks, along with our horses and free ranging peacock. We also have a super friendly kelpie and dachshund pup making the farm feel complete. Dogs are welcome &; we have stables or individual paddocks available if you'd like to bring your equine friends (no riding on the property due to insurance). Only 15 minutes to the centre of town & is a great base for your visit to Dubbo. Located on the Sydney side of Dubbo, it's an easy place to pull up on your travels and we look forward to your visit. Talbragar River site 1
Close to Dubbo
The 3 designated sites are by the river on mowed grass but separated from each other so complete privacy is assured. Site 1 is the larger site and can accommodate a group of campers who want to be together. Firewood is available for sale too.

Talbragar River site 1
Such a lovely spot! Wish we had time to stay longer than one night. We have a 32 foot long van (coupling to spare tire) and had no issues getting in and parking up. It was a little wet but still super safe and easy drive in through the paddocks. Kids had a ball riding their bikes around and exploring down near the river.

Talbragar River site 2
Quiet river camp
Great spot on the river with plenty of separation from other campsites. Firewood for $15/bag is nice and dry and more than enough for the night. Easily accessible and hosts were a pleasure to communicate with.
