Site 2 - The Secret Gorge
Beautiful secluded site
We booked both sites for seclusion and had a peaceful stay bushwalking, swimming and birdwatching with only a few visits from campers from other sites checking out the gorge. Access in and out was a bit challenging and definitely requires a high clearance 4wd with low range andctgecrisd can change quicky if chewed up by other vehicles or affected by rain. Adrian was a great host who went out of his way to make our stay good. I recommend checking road conditions with him just before your stay. The toilet and shower is a bonus.

Beautiful secluded site
We loved our stay at the secret gorge. A secluded, peaceful site with wonderful birds and wildlife and a nice swimming hole despite recent dry conditions. Access is a bit challenging and a high clearance 4wd with low range is a definite requirement. It doesn’t take much for the road to deteriorate, so definitely check with host Adrian before your visit and be prepared if rain looks likely as wet weather access seems unlikely. A really special place!

Shearing Shed Campground
We had the greatest experience at Binghi Station! Adrian was a wonderful host, he showed us around his property and told us the best things to do. Our kids had a great time exploring at Sandy Falls and they loved Jumpn rock. The driveway was a bit of a challenge, but we did it with a 19f caravan and our patrol. Thanks for having us Adrian!

Binghi a go go!
The Secret Gorge campspot is an absolute hidden gem!! It is so stunning!! The waterhole is a dream to swim in. The stars jump out of the sky. It's like a national park. Binghi Station have done a great job at making a rustic yet well equipped campsite, it included a table, loo, lights, campfire, and shower we didn't try. There's enough to do at the property for a long weekend without having to go anywhere else! They were very supportive and friendly. They helped us to get up their long driveway, as we had ridden down on bicycles. Their driveway is suitable for a good 4wd with a confident driver.

Shearing Shed Campground
We actually stayed at the Secret Gorge instead of the Shearing Shed. Such a pretty spot but be prepared for some serious 4WDing to get to the gorge. We had absolute seclusion with a beautiful waterhole and sandy beach. If you are looking for real isolation and peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The old tin crushing plant was a short walk from Sandy Cliffs and proved to be very interesting. Basic shower and toilet provided. Adrian warmly welcomed us and gave us some hints on things to do.

Such a beautiful place, waterfalls were flowing, and watering holes were full. Great 4WD tracks to the campgrounds. The host, Adrian, was very accommodating, came to check that we were all good as we arrived early evening, highly recommend.
