This is a 45 acre farm located approx 50 km north of Coffs Harbour and 30km south of Grafton and is just 500 meters from the Pacific Highway at Halfway Creek. The property is easily accessed by 2WD and is suitable for caravans and small to medium motor homes. Take a right turn as soon as you drive through the cream concrete entrance gates and follow the road down to the large cream shed. Here you will find manicured park-like gardens with a large dam - big enough to kayak on! There are numerous shady trees along the dam edges and you can also relax on the pontoon which overlooks the water. **Please note that the dam area is not fenced and may not suit campers with children. Campers must ensure they supervise their children at all times. This farm operates a cut flower business with over 10,000 rose bushes and has recently diversified with a large number of Australian wildflowers. The business hours are typically 6am-4pm but once or twice a week the shed does need to be accessed earlier than this so please do not park on the gravel area in front of the double roller doors. There are no amenities so campers need to be fully self-sufficient with own camping toilet and leave no trace. Please note - unless otherwise approved by host , we allow only 1 caravan or camper or tent or motorhome per site. Dog friendly. Fires are permitted if restrictions are not in place AND MUST be contained in a brazier or portable firepit. Please do not light fires directly on the ground/grass. Brazier hire - we have 4 available at $15 per stay Firewood - N/A at the moment Firewood and Brazier bundle - N/A at the momentPlenty of space for you to set up an un-powered parking site. Must have own camping toilet and leave no trace. *Please do not park under awning or on gravel area around shed. This is a working farm and the shed needs to be accessed daily , often very early in the morning. Camping at Benefields Rose Farm was perfect for our overnight stay. It was close to the highway but we didn't hear much noise. The site was clean and there is sooooo much room. There are roos on the property but they didn't bother with us. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Place to Stay

What a lovely place to stay. We will defiantly be back. You need to be self contained and not be bothered by the highway traffic. Bonus fuel station just out side the property. Great little fire pits areas. Wished we had time to stay a little longer. Thank You

Second time staying here, it’s such a great spot to stay when travelling down the coast from Brisbane to Newcastle or Sydney. Drive in and park next to the dam and you’re set. Handy having the servo at the end of the road as well.
