Highly recommend
We enjoyed our time at bark hill mill! what an amazing place and unique experience for us since we got hit by heavy rain and bogged in and stuck. Regardless the hosts Kev and Yani were fantastic and not only pulled us out, they accommodated us under shelter in a different part of the property until the rain cleared and even made sure we got out safe :) I highly recommend experiencing this beautiful place! The rivers were untouched beauty, serene views all around and most peaceful place we literally felt like we were a world away from the hustle and bustle. This place is more than just paddocks and rivers, there is all this history here where it used to be an original timber mill and a whole town there so long ago.. I loved that :) Kev and yani were so welcoming and lovely to meet, they took me and my boy in an old army style truck to drive around property and feed the cows when we first settled in, and made us feel welcome, it was far beyond worth what we paid. A unique must see place! I do recommend having a 4wd if you are going in heavy rain, and also recommend it would be great to experience with a group of people. Also there was plenty of fire wood around to have our fire at night, and nice fishing šŸŽ£ holes around to do some fishing, lots of creatures for my son to explore and the best view of the stars at night. We loved it nice & quiet, apart from the frogs ,ducks, morning bird songs. We'll be doing that again.

Bark Hut Mill
We had a fantastic stay at Bark Hut. Only 15 minutes drive from Woolgoolga yet feels like you are hrs from the hustle and bustle of Coffs. So picturesque and peaceful. A lovely creek to explore. Open fields for the kids to roam. Plenty of firewood. Friendly host. Will definitely be a favourite weekend escape for us.

Kev was very helpful finding us a nice spot by the creek.Such a peaceful setting for us to just unwind and relax.As it is so reasonably priced we will definitely be back and also be recommending it to family and friends
