Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
A 5 acre property on the outskirts of scenic Coffs Harbour on the Mid North Coast of NSW with a comfortable fully converted vintage caravan suitable for singles and couples, featuring a queen size bed, TV, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, outdoor BBQ and a fully modern detached on-suite. Enjoy a drink and nibbles by your own open fire pit. You will be literally 5 minutes from the Coffs Harbour CBD and 10 minutes from the beaches and most attractions. The Quaint town of Bellingen and the Dorrigo World Heritage rainforest centre are both less than an hours drive to the west. Explore the numerous beaches, both north and south or cool off in the pristine waterways of the Coffs Harbour hinterland.Located 5 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of the Coffs Harbour CBD. The site is private, with its own access onto a large grassed area located between the main house and the neighbours property. Presently there are ongoing roadworks associated with the new Coffs Harbour Bypass nearby so weekdays have a little associated noise, however evenings and weekends are very peaceful. Access from the road is through a gate down a slight hill which has recently had a 'road base' surface added so in wet weather should be fine for non 4WD vehicles. An information email will be sent out prior to your stay with all of your self check in and check out details! We look forward to giving all Hipcampers the opportunity to see and explore everything the Coffs Harbour region has to offer. We are sure you won't be disappointed. So reset and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon drinks in the shade of possibly the largest and most magnificent Jacaranda tree in the area with its spectacular bloom in spring. Cosy and comfortable, our van includes: -Linen -queen size bed -TV -Fridge -Microwave oven -Coffee pod machine -Kettle and toaster Cutlery, crockery and glassware Condiments, Bottled water, teas, and coffees BBQ and accessories - Full modern ensuite (shower/toilet) Please send us a message if you have any questions and follow our instagram @184thevalley for updates and photos!

184 The Valley
The Perfect 'Unwind' Spot
We stayed in the caravan at 184 the valley and it could not have been more perfect. Easy access to all attractions nearby. Also beautifully appointed so that our time there was purely for relaxation and resetting. Suitable for my 4 year old who loves to run and explore. 10/10 would return!
