Well-behaved children and dogs are welcome (Pets must be approved to stay in accommodations, be on-leash, and cleaned up after at all times). Fun Fact: This property is rumored to have been a nudist colony and/or spiritual commune in the 80's. We look forward to hosting you!

Camp Site#6 w/ Onsite Hot Springs!
Hipcamp Oasis
Stopped here for 3 nights after 6 weeks on the road, seeking rest and restoration. This hipcamp was all I’d hoped it would be! Great access to private hot springs, quiet camp with a nice community of other fun campers and a great host and staff. While I was a little underwhelmed with the town of T or C, I was still very glad I made the decision to visit this hipcamp and would definitely return. One huge plus about the area was the cycling in the Elephant Butte area, easy ride from the camp. I rode for hours on my gravel bike and really enjoyed the scenery. I’ll be back!

This was such a beautiful place and is highly recommended by me and my partner. Clean facilities and great soaking tubs. Camp hosts are kind and helpful, they had great recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. We look forward to coming back!

The host was absolutely lovely & accommodating. Really sweet, well-kept, clean property. The private mineral bath was divine in the midst of a long road trip. Recommend!
