Restorative Lakefront Retreat
Me and my husband stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it was magical. We both love water activities and hiking and this place but both of those together in the most perfect way. The place is actually bigger than it looks in person which was such a nice surprise and Robin was so accommodating and sweet. We're already thinking of when we’re going to come back :) there was also so much beautiful wild life. The whole experience was perfect! We also spent the nights going into cape May for dinner and late night walks around the lake.

HipCamp Photographer Review
Robin's property was out of a dream! You could feel the peace and comfort as soon as you got there. The loft was super clean and cozy and had everything you could possibly need from a hot shower to books, movies and games. There were so many amenities and perks outside including walking trails, a bike path, an outdoor shower & more! It was a little chilly and rainy while we were there otherwise we would have utilized the paddle boards and kayaks that are INCLUDED in your stay. This is more than a HipCamp .. it is a little corner of your own personal paradise. A stay here is something you would not regret and something you need to add to your HipCamp wishlist. Robin has truly thought of everything! I will most definitely be returning.

Coming back soon!
The loft is lovely! Robin has done a fabulous job creating a beautiful and peaceful space that is always well tended. This is my second visit and I have reservations to return later this year when the weather is warmer. This has become my go to spot when I need some away time. George’s Place Mediterranean restaurant is worth a visit. Just 10 minutes from the property. Also easy drive to Cape May, Stoneharbor, and Ocean City New Jersey.

Incredible Find!
The loft is an absolute gem! It is well built, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. Perfectly stocked and furnished to accommodate two people very comfortably. Lovely inspiring thoughts and images grace a few walls and tables. A shelf offers numerous games to play, books to read, and movies to watch. But you probably won't need those once you wander around the pristine, clear water lake. It is magical! The walking labyrinth, the tree house tower, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, and fire pit had us outside enjoying this unique property as much as we could. Plus plenty of private spots for a picnic or a nap in the sun. We could feel the gentleness of the land and lake. Wind, birds, and peepers. Watched turtles sunning on logs and fish swimming below our kayaks. What a perfect retreat spot! The owner Robin checked in several times to be sure we had everything we needed, was warm and friendly, but not intrusive. During our stay, the owners were in the process of adding a deck off the lake side of the loft just because "it needed a deck" for guests to more completely enjoyed the lake and the sunsets. Can't wait to return in warmer weather to swim in the lake. I give it five stars!

Fantastic stay
Everything about this stay was amazing. The loft is secluded and beautiful. The lake has every type of amenity you would want with lovely views and a nice hiking trail as well. Our host could not have been more hospitable. I STRONGLY recommend this site and can’t wait to come back.
