10 minute drive to Mountain Creek Ski and Mountain Biking/Water Park and Crystal Springs Resort. 20 minutes from the Appalachian Trail. We have a very large backyard in a peaceful neighborhood. Part of our yard is secluded from the road. An average of 6 cars pass each day. There are homes within view but you will have enough distance from them to have privacy. The yard is surrounded by large trees and lots of shrubs. The grass is lush and organically grown. Across the street is a path into the woods that leads to a beautiful river with spots to soak, relax, and cool down. We have live, 24/7, cameras set up to watch the entrances to our property and home for everyone's security. There are no cameras set up at the sites for your privacy. Come view the Peak Fall Foliage!

Amazing Experiance

I loved the experience of staying at Stefanie's land! We had free roam of the expansive natural enviroment with access to forest, stream, and running water in a warm basement. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway out of the city!

We just had our stay on this beautiful place of Stephanie and Bob, They were both so accommodating. Bob was always making sure that our stay will be comfortable since the weather is cold and there was snow when we came. He help us keeping the place warm. I highly recommend the place, feels so secure and private. Communication with Stephanie is excellent! Would definitely come back again.

Fantastic stay!

We had an awesome time at Stefanie’s! The hosts were gracious enough to allow us to pull in early due to our camper heat breaking down. The yard is absolutely adorable with beautiful murals surrounding! We had the option of two fire pits and the hosts set firewood out. We didn’t get a chance to use it as we left early in the morning, but we appreciated the setup!

I enjoyed my stay at Little Neighborhood Oasis. Stefanie ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. The bathroom had a toilet and shower had hot water which was great after a long hike at a nearby path.
