1.25 acre across and down a bit from Dartmouth Yacht Club. Lake access is just on north side of yacht club- approach via driveway, continuing straight through woods where driveway turns south (left). Rental cottage currently under construction. Clearing in woods for camping. Learn more about this land: Pull your van into our wooded lot. Or pitch your tent in the trees. Enjoy access (across road and through woods) to Lake Mascoma. Kayak or paddleboard can be launched, or take a dip in the lake. Take a walk around the lake or jump on one of the hiking trails close by. Climbing at Enfield Quarry nearby. Northern Rail Trail access close by. Other trails and Whaleback Mountain a short drive. Site is on an unpaved road. Neighbors are not visible, but road is visible from the site. Wooded acreage behind. Area suitable for tent or sleeping under the stars.Pull your van into our wooded lot. Camping by the lake

Tent

We loved staying here for access to the beautiful lake. It was a peaceful stay and had a nice clean toilet. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks, Ann!

Nice woods but really just the driveway of a new cottage with a port o potty. Access to lake was not obvious to us.

Nice spot — Great value

18 ft campervan

Nice spot by the lake. It is a driveway but can’t beat the price and there are level sections — it’s in a nice spot and fairly close to services. Communication w Ann couldn’t have been better. Apple Maps had a hard time finding it — put us 1/4 mile down the road from the location. Google Maps worked better.

Cool little spot close to town! It is a driveway of a cabin construction site, but hey, it’s flat and it’s cheap!

Had an awesome stay here. Very quiet and nestled into a beautiful pine forest. Would highly recommend. One of the only stays in this area.
