We love to pass our free time here in the sunshine and juniper drafts overlooking the Sierras. Some days we watch the electric storms across the valley, other afternoons we picnic and nap while listening to the birds and wind.  We love the peace and silence, which feels remarkably remote and only 20 minutes from Reno.  Learn more about this land: We would love to share our 12 junipered acres with nature enthusiasts like ourselves. Bring your tent or camper and spend afternoons watching beautiful sunsets and wildlife from our land.  Spectacular expansive views across the valley to the Sierras and Mount Rose.  Conveniently 15 minutes from South Reno (40 minutes from North Lake Tahoe), the silence and absolute privacy here are restorative and replenishing.  We do not have trash collection services available and we ask all guest to practice a “leave no trace” philosophy.  **Because of extreme fire risk in our area we ask guests to refrain from having campfires for now. As this area is home to beautiful wildlife (and a few other distant homeowners) please visit with an intent to respect the quiet and privacy that makes this area so pleasurable for us all.  Thanks for visiting and enjoy your time!  We would love to share our 12 junipered acres with nature enthusiasts like ourselves. Falcon Acres- Serenity & Views
There was lovely sage brush blooming everywhere and October was a great month to be in the area. Liz was super helpful with questions I had! I definitely would only feel comfortable driving to the site with 4W drive personally and felt really grateful to get there in my Subaru with high clearance! I appreciate how private it is, but it is too pricey for me to visit again.

Wild West Experience
Beautiful spot overlooking the valley with mountains in the background. This site had plenty of room for two couples to spread out. Being on a hilltop got a little windy at times, but there are areas where you can sit behind trees for some wind blocking. While we didn't see any wild horses on the Hosts land, we saw them driving in and out. Definitely check out Virginia City, between the site and visiting VC, you really feel like you're in the Wild West. Make sure you follow the Hosts written directions to avoid some off roading, otherwise a sedan should make it with probably a little undercarriage rubbing at times. Our SUV with all season low profile tires was fine. Host communicated great and we look forward to returning!

This place was just lovely!
Even on a hazey day this spot was beautiful. 30 sum minutes outside of Reno, you can’t beat it! Hiking through the juniper trees and the birdwatching was great. A note on getting there. If you like to use google maps like me- Map the directions Liz gives on a desktop computer first and then send those to your phone. You can’t customize your route through the app. I trusted the app too much and it took me and my Prius down the very bumpy and rough Loftis Dr. Another note for my front wheel drive friends. Just park your car in the nicely designated spot to the right of the green trash can. Since I got through gnarly Loftis Dr. I overestimated my cars ability and drove down the slope to the left of the trash can (so I could be closer to the picnic table🙄). I realized, when trying to leave the next morning that the slopes dirt is very soft and the Prius couldn’t get back up. I managed up it eventually with the help of some friends coming out with tools. Mistakes were made and lessons learned! I will probably be back, hopefully with a friends AWD car haha. 😁 thanks again!

Awesome place! Very private & lots of room to set up camp. Private & quiet. Sunset views were perfect. Host was super quick to respond to any questions as well.

Private and Gorgeous!
Liz’s site is a gem! The sagebrush smell mixed with the incredible views make you feel like you hit jackpot. It’s a lot of space, so provides nice sense of privacy, and would be great for a group. We went as a couple and loved the low key, serene night by the fire pit.
