Relax and unplug at our peaceful little retreat. This new cabin has a full size bed and lots of windows to let in the beautiful scenery. There is a fire pit, table, chairs, privy, and plenty of space for a tent and yard games. There is a second cabin available for rent on the property if interested for family or a friend retreat. This is an ideal location for those seeking to get off the grid and be surrounded by nature. Over 30 acres of trails to hike on site and only 2 miles from Newaygo. You will enjoy a comfortable new full size mattress with bedding provided. Over 30 acres of maintained hiking trails are available. The fire pit area, with solar powered string lights, is the perfect place to relax around the campfire. There is a clean outhouse and water/sprayer available for rinsing off. This is an intentionally rustic site so guests can truly unplug from the daily rush of life. You will enter from a private drive and follow the trail markers to the cabin. Other markers will guide you through the hiking trails on the property. I live adjacent to the property and will be available by phone. I'm happy to answer any questions about the area and activities surrounding. This is a great space for artists, writers and those looking for peace and space to relax amongst the tall pines and listen to the birds sing. Newaygo is a charming little historic town with the Muskegon River flowing through. Visit the local shops and restaurants or explore the nearby trails and Manistee forest or spend time fishing or kayaking on the Muskegon river. The Dragon Trail is a popular biking trail featuring beautiful views of Hardy Pond.Site 1 is the new cabin featuring a full sized memory foam mattress, bed linens, rocking chair, LED lights and outlets to charge your devices. Outhouse nearby with outdoor shower (battery powered and no hot water available yet). Group fire pit area with solar string lights, chairs and a hammock. Plenty of space for a tent, yard games and relaxing. Over 30 acres of groomed trails to hike. Come visit the ponies on the owners adjacent property.

New Cabin In The Pines
Cute cabin
The cabin is great and the property is stunning. I will say that there is a cabin on the other side of the out house not being shown in the pics. We were surprised when people showed up sharing our out house and making camp right by us. That would have been nice to know about since we booked this to truly be alone and away from the world. We had to turn down music and felt like we needed to chill out. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. If you’re prepared to share the space and camp with others, you’ll love this.

Cynthia was very helpful and quick to answer my messages. She helped me find the site and showed me around. Site was semi private, I could see the other people but they were all really quiet and respectful.

New Cabin In The Pines
We had a great time this weekend in Cynthia's cabin! The cabin is beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. Even though it was pretty chilly this weekend, we found that the cabin was well-insulated, and we stayed comfortable. There is a buddy heater available for use if you do get cold. The cabin was clean and very quiet. We loved the firepit area and spent a lot of time relaxing out there and in the hammock. Yes, the bathroom is an outhouse, but it smelled more like cedar than... you know. If you are looking for the opportunity to get away from the noise of city life, this is the place to do it. Finally, Cynthia was phenomenal. She was very communicative and flexible with us. The whole experience was great, and she allowed us to have the must-needed vacation we were hoping for. We definitely hope to come back!

Incredible Stay!
This trip was wonderful! Everything was very clean and Cynthia was fantastic! She was incredibly available to give us the lay of the land and was very enthusiastic about our stay. She also gave great recommendations of things to do in the area, so don't be afraid to ask! I would 100% recommend this stay and hope to be returning soon!

Beautiful tiny home with lovely nature. Spent the day identifying plants and relaxing by the fire. Clean and easy to find but extremely secluded.

Perfect Place At the Perfect Time
I would love to keep this little gem a secret, but it would be wrong not to share this beautiful corner of the world with others. Cynthia, thank you for making this magical space for others to experience. It was the perfect place at the perfect time! Thank you!
