It's a beautiful area. And a great spot. Definitely saved us as all RV parks close up in October in Maine. Thank you for letting us stay. We enjoyed our time.

Short Stay in East Waterboro
We were looking to stay somewhere close to Portland after our plans fell through and luckily stumbled upon Robert’s site. A fairly short drive to so many great places AND it was full hook-up (30 AMP, water, and sewer) for a really great price! You can’t beat that! Robert was extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating. We felt safe in the town/area. A bit of traffic noise since you are right by the road, but that never bothers us. If we are back in the area we will absolutely stay here again!

Host is super nice, came out in the rain to help us with the electric. Nice area and plenty of space to park and turn around.

This was a great overnight stop but would also be an amazing basecamp for exploring southern Maine/New Hampshire! Robert was very accommodating and came out to help us park. He has orange cones marking where the septic system is; however, the listing didn’t mention it prior to our arrival, so we thought they were marking the parking spot. We had initially moved them to be closer to the utilities, so just be aware not to move the cones, and make sure you have long enough electrical, sewer, and water hoses, since they are all a bit spread out. The yard and property are beautiful - we did hear a bit of road noise but nothing bad at all. Plenty of space and a beautiful home and property! We’d be happy to stay again.

Eric’s land was very nice and he has a historic house. Very accommodating with electric, water and sewage. Nothing too scenic but pleasant for the night.
