Perfect for Stargazing

This was the perfect place to view the 2024 eclipse. It would also be a perfect place for anyone interested in stargazing—the view of the sky is stunning. I do recommend you bring a folding table and a grate for the fire pit if you intend to do campfire cooking.

Eclipse at Ruff Neck Campground

I had a great experience camping on Mikes property. I was looking for a fairly primative site and it did not disappoint. The porta-potties were well maintained and clean, and there was a generous amount of firewood for all. His children were a delight as they kept making rounds making sure everyone was well taken care of.
