At Waha View you will have spacious views of the farming countryside along with views of both the Waha Mountains and the Blue Mountains. Waha View is located on a working hobby farm and vineyard (Obscure Vineyards). There is a communal fire pit and hot tub for use and plenty to do in town and nearby outdoors such as fishing, boating, golfing, mushroom hunting and more.The glamping site is a 16' bell tent on a working hobby farm and vineyard with nearly all the amenities of a hotel room or normal Bed and Breakfast location and mountain views. There is a queen bed with down comforter, a small table for two, coffee, dishes, mugs, silverware, a solar generator for power, a safe, fire extinguisher and an outdoor cooking area complete with pans, oil and cooking utensils. There is also a hammock to rest in and a swinging bench seat to enjoy the view from while drinking your morning coffee. And when the nights get cold there is a small space heater to keep the tent warm. There is also a communal fire pit area and hot tub available for use. Bathrooms are a one stall porta-pottie that is serviced regularly.
There is enough room in the tent for 2 and a child or one cot. If bringing more guests, please bring a tent that can be set up in the grass near the site. We can furnish a tent upon request if needed.
Close by are all manner of outdoor activities in the Waha Mountains, Snake and Clearwater Rivers, and Blue Mountains (fishing, hiking, boating, hunting, mushroom hunting, etc). Lots of food choices are available nearby as well as anywhere in town or in Clarkston is less than 25 min away, with best selections noted in the welcome guide.
