We have 5 acres with electric and water located 5 miles north of Victor ID, 3 miles south of Driggs ID, and about 30 miles from Jackson WY. We are currently building a yurt on the property but we don’t live on the property. There is also an RV and shipping container stored on the property. The driveway is 1000’ of dirt road but in fairly decent shape. I don’t have any problems with my 40’ class A on the driveway going slowly. It’s a very quiet location with awesome views in every direction. 30 amp, 50 amp, or 120VAC hookup available. A dump station is located in Victor ID at the Stinker Station gas station. The Google satellite photo is old so it doesn’t show the road into the property. We are in the process of building a yurt there but we don’t currently live on the property. It is in a rural area 3 miles south of Driggs and 5 miles north of Victor ID. Its very quiet and the 360 degree views are amazing. Jackson WY is about 30 miles away or about 45 minutes drive time. There are lots of outdoor things to do in Teton Valley Idaho like hiking, biking, fishing, and floating the river. Our place is just a mile from Darby Canyon for excellent hiking trails. The driveway is a dirt road but easily passable in my 40’ class A. Trevor 360 922-4477

Everything was fantastic! Trevor and Amy made sure everything was good while I was there. It was a little muddy the first night I got there but it dried up quick and had no problems with getting my RV in and out. It's kind of secluded but that's what I wanted and great views of the mountains all around. Trevor was super helpful and suggested a great hike (Cave of the Winds) that was right near by. I will definitely be returning everything was perfect!
