River Vista RV Resort celebrates all four seasons and is open year-round, often throwing elaborate holiday-themed parties and golf cart decoration contests for all guests to make lasting memories of their mountain retreat get-away. Guests staying at any of Tranquility Mountain, LLC-owned campsites have full use of all on-site resort amenities, including picnic facilities, clubhouse with entertainment area, fenced-in dog park, playground, basketball court, two laundry facilities, outdoor and indoor heated pools, poolside fireplace pavilion, and jacuzzi. Free wi-fi is also provided.
River Vista RV Resort is located minutes from Highlands and Franklin, North Carolina, with an abundance of spectacular waterfalls, white-water rafting, deep-water tubing, kayaking, horseback riding, fishing, gem mining, ziplining, award-winning wineries, distilleries, and breweries, hiking trails (including the Appalachian and Bartram Trails), and during the wintertime, snow-tubing and ice skating.
Tranquility Mountain LLC’s RV sites at River Vista typically require a 2-night minimum stay, but during the month of October, we require a 3-night minimum stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., and late arrivals after 6:00 p.m. need prior written approval from the owner.
