Site 1 - RV sites
We spent 2 weeks at this location and just loved the views! Our 360 views consisted of the San Juan Mountains, Mesa Verde Mountains and Ute Mountains and we're just gorgeous, especially seeing snow capping the mountains. The sunsets are phenomenal. The location was off from the busy roadway with very little noise from traffic and sits next to a horse farm which we enjoyed seeing. There are 3 sites close to each other on the property, but only 1 other person staying same time as us so we had a space empty between us. We liked having full hook ups and a quiet stay. Very close to Dolores downtown, but only a 15 min or less drive to most stores in Cortez and less than 40 mins to Durango. We also made the less than 2 hour drive to Moab Utah to Arches and Canyonlands National parks, so it's a prime location, with Mesa Verde National Park a very short drive away also. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and extremely informative, helpful and accommodating. We did not meet the host, but had quite a bit of communication and no issues at all. The sites are level with gravel and a dumpster for trash. The few neighbors seemed very friendly too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area!

Fantastic views
Fantastic views, level sites, full hookups worked great, very private. Close to Mesa Verde National Park for activities. Verizon hotspot got great speeds so i was able to work for the week. Thanks for hosting us, will definitely come back on our next trip through

We stayed here to see Mesa Verde National Park (only 20 min away) and to work. The service was great with our Verizon. They also had a starlink they gave us access to. It was quiet and had beautiful views. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice spot with full hook-ups at a great price. Beautiful views and very easy to find and maneuver. The 3 sites were a bit close together; but, it was the perfect place for us to spend a night.

The views are gorgeous, it’s peaceful, and we have enough service to work. The drive into Mesa verde National park is not too bad.
