Located 1/2 block from Paonia town park, visitors have access to hiking and biking trails. Downtown Paonia restaurants/activities are several blocks away. You'll have access to electrical and water hookups, a restroom/kitchen in a 12x60 trailer (owners are currently renovating). Privacy among pine trees. Guests have access to table/chairs for dining outside, propane fire pit, use of wi-fi on the premises. Adventure motorcycle friendly-owners both ride.Guests have easy street access for RV and tent camping. Enjoy the shade of mature pine trees, a privacy fence, electrical hookup, and city water via a garden hose hookup. Guests enjoy the Paonia town park 1/2 block away. You’ll also be several blocks from downtown restaurants and bike trails. Adventure motorcyclists and mt bikers welcome too. Hosts ride and can point you in the right direction to wilderness. Added this season is camping in our 18’ tipi.

Lovely site. Perfect location.
Very nice, private, quiet spot with great location near town. Hosts were welcoming and such nice people. Website states restroom and shower available on location but turned out not so due to remodel project, which was noted on website. Wifi is a huge issue in Paonia (we chose site largely due to wifi availability for our need to be in contact with elderly family members) but wifi access was virtually nonexistent. Would highly recommend a stronger router. Hiccups aside, and with stronger wifi access, we loved the site, location, and hosts. We definitely plan on returning! Thank you so much!
