Escape the ordinary at Osier Creek Ranch where you can enjoy the slower pace of the 1880s. Two hundred acres of mountains, grassy pasture land, creeks and historic railroads await you.
Stay in luxurious sheepherders wagons, bring your RV or pitch a tent in our open pasture. Relax near the campsite as you enjoy views of Osier Mountain and the Los Pinos River.
Go fishing in the stocked trout pond or in Osier Creek and Los Pinos River (Colorado State Fishing License required for creek and river fishing). Bring your mountain bike or off-road vehicles to ride the trails right off the campground into Rio Grande National Forest (Colorado) and Carson National Forest (New Mexico). Hike the historic 1876 toll road, the only way through the mountains before the train was built, and step back in time as you visit the remaining buildings in the town Osier, Colorado.
The Cumbres and Toltec Railroad, built in 1880, traverses through the ranch and stops at Osier Station for lunch. Osier Creek Ranch has been in the family for four generations and we enjoy sharing the history of the Cumbres and Toltec Railroad and our family's sheep and cattle ranching culture with visitors.
Visit Osier Creek Ranch to step back in time, escape the ordinary, enjoy the land of cool sunshine and return to your everyday life refreshed.
