Stop over for one night
What a phenomenal stay! Beautiful views and Stephen was a wonderful and welcoming host. He made us feel so very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of his beautiful property. We really wish we could have stayed longer but I guarantee we’ll be back. It was also extremely invaluable to have the added bonus of a VERY clean bathroom, shower and laundry. I highly recommend staying at MVP and walking over to the pavilion for stargazing.

Amazing Trip
At Monument Vista Place you will be treated like an MVP by Stephen and Mai! What a gorgeous place with a stunningly beautiful view towards the Colorado National Monument, whose entrance is just around the corner and most definitely worth a visit. If you choose the RV/Campervan spot, you will be all by yourself with your own private bathroom/shower!

Great place to stay!
We came to Fruita for mountain biking and selected Stephen‘s place to stay for two nights initially. It‘s 10 min from Kokopelli and 30 min from 18 Road, which is very convenient. The (one) RV site Stephen offers is perfect: Clean, quiet with a beautiful view in all directions. The host family is very friendly and helpful. We extended our stay for an additional night!

Amazing stars at night!
Absolutely stunning location and welcoming hosts. Pristine, clean, relaxing, private, and it feels like every part of the property has been made with care and attention and love. Really convenient location if you’re driving through, not far from the highway, but still quiet with amazing stars. Agree with another review that said this place deserves more than five stars!
